If you do not hear from us regarding your portal access approval with 48 hours, please use the portal support form and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.

While we do our best to ensure our sites work in all browsers, older browsers such as IE6 are only supported at a very limited extent to ensure at least minimal functionality.  To ensure that you can make use of the full feature set of our sites, we recommend that you upgrade your web browser to the latest version, such as IE8, or use an alternate browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.  Over the next few months we will be phasing out support for older browsers such as IE6 other than to fix select critical issues that may come up from time to time.
